How To Build An ERC-20 Crypto Mining Rig With No PCI-e Connectors and Half of the Messy Cables Wiring Using The BTC-37 Miner Motherboard Integrated CPU - Full Build & Part List

How to build an ERC-20 crypto mining rig with no PCI-e connectors and half of the amount of tangled messy wiring. If you have built an ERC-20 mining rig before you have probably jumped through hoops to find reliable PCI-e risers to fit your multiple graphics cards to your Motherboard, but this route we are cutting out the risers, saving you the cost and using a motherboard dedicated to our purpose of mining. Using the BTC-37 Miner Motherboard with an Integrated CPU, we can directly connect up to 8 graphic cards, with no additional cables. There are a few variations of the BTC-37 Miner(Compare the BTC-37, BTC-T37, BTC-S37 motherboards) - Full Build & Part List ONE CLICK ADD TO CART

Graphic Card: AMD Radeon RX 6800 16GB Mining Rig Best Build 2022

Graphic Card: AMD Radeon RX 6800 16GB

In 2022 you have to search high and low for available graphic cards, and even when you find them there is typically an attached premium due to the high demand. Right now the most actively available graphic card, with a great hash rate and energy efficient, is the MSI AMD Radeon RX 6800 16 GB.View Now

c Power Supplies

For a Platinum Standard Power supply(The highest standard) this is the best bang for your buck out there. With the current price $349.99 reduced from $499.99 you are saving over $150 for one of the top of the line modular Power Supply. This is a great, if not the best solo power supply for a larger mining rig build.View Now

Corsair AF120 LED Fan

Depending on which mining rig case you wind up buying, or building, your case may already be bundled with fans. Be sure to double check descriptions some will show fans on the rig in the picture, but not actually include them. If you are concerned about your mining rig being loud, be sure to get fans with a low decibel rating. At the time the 3 Pack is($39.99) Dual($29.99), and a Single Fan($23.89).View Now

120GB Dogfish SSD(Solid State Drive) mSATA2.0

For our mining specific motherboard we need either en external hard drive or an SSD. I don't want to add another power draw so i am going with a solid state drive and will use our motherboards mSATA2.0 port. When it comes to SSD, you can sense out bad quality pretty easily, just check double check reviews. My go to brand is WD or Dogfish.View Now
Timetec 8GB DDR3L / DDR3 1600MHz Best Ram for mining rigs

c

You will see back and forths online about how much Ram you need from your mining rig. I have always been one overprovison when I can afford to, especially given the minimal cost between Gigabytes of Ram storage, and always go with at least 8GB instead of a 4GB.View Now

MLLIQUEA 8GPU Mining Rig Frame

iI have always preferred the open air mining rig frames and this has been my go to. When it comes to the BTC-T37 motherboard I have yet to find an open air frame made specifically for it(Dm @Dyl_I_Y if you find one) but this one is for an older model of same motherboard and all you have to do drill a few new holes to adjust and line up for the mounting on the varying motherboard.View Now

Mining Rig General Q & A

-Why Gold? it might seem like a fancy overdue, but gold is one of the few minerals that is highly corrosion resistant, making it ideal for electronic connections.
-What is the biggest difference between AMD 6800 XT and the normal AMD 6800? For mining purposes, the XT will yield you slightly higher hashrate( about 1-2 Mh/s depending on your mining algorithm) but has a significantly higher electricity consumption in terms of wattage, making it not as ideal for energy efficiency and return on your mining rig investment.
-If I'm using Windows, do I need 64-bit Windows? Yes the biggest difference is if you are building a custom PC or mining rig you need Windows 64-bit so your software is not locked to components, in case you need to upgrade or replace them in the future. With 32 bit the Windows Software will be more or less locked to to that initial computer build when you initially register it and you can run into issues if you ever have to fix parts or want to rebuild your rig.

Difference Between BTC-37 Motherboards

Biggest Difference (BTC-37 & BTC-t37 & BTC-S37) ) the Boards(One has a 24 pin power cable, the other you need to short or use this adapter), the one "S" has the biggest spacing between graphic card slots.
BTC-37: The OG: To Power it on you have to short the 24 pin connector, or use the 24-Pin ATX Jumper Adapter Piece
BTC-T37: Main Power: 24-Pin, no shorting(sketchy!!!!)or adapter,
BTC-S37 65mm(2.56 inches) Spacing between GPU slots(More suitable for wider graphic cards) Main Power: 6-Pin
